Keeway RR 300 Launched: Most Affordable Liquid-Cooled 300cc Sports Bike

Keeway has launched the RR 300 in India at a price of Rs 1.99 lakh ex-showroom making it the cheapest liquid-cooled 300cc faired bike in India. turbodyne_notnaatas The bike is essentially a rebranded Keeway K300 R that was launched before and is priced at almost Rs 1 lakh less than the original launched price of K300 R.

The RR 300 will be on sale throughout India from Benelli and Keeway outlets and deliveries commence by end of July 2025. This cutthroat price pits it against the formidable old guard, such as the TVS Apache RR 310 that’s sold for Rs 2.78 lakh.

Engine and Performance

The Keeway RR 300 are powered by a 292.4cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 27.5 PS at 8,750 rpm and 25 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The engine comes paired with a 6-speed transmission with a slip-and-assist clutch.

The RR 300 has a claimed top speed of 139 kmph. It is a 165 kg bike, and gets 12 liter fuel tank, while the claimed mileage of the bike has not been revealed yet.

Design and Features

It is looking every inch the sportsbike with full fairing, stubby (but probably effective) screen and clip-on bars matched to rear-set pegs for a proper, committed feel. It gets ‘RR300’ decals on the side panels and comes in three paint options – Red, White and Black.

Key features include:

  • 110mm travel with inverted 37mm front forks
  • Rear monoshock with 46mm travel
  • front single 292mm disc with 220mm rear disc brakes
  • Dual-channel ABS as standard
  • Digital instrument cluster
  • Full LED lighting package
  • 17in alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres (110/70-17 front, 140/60-17 rear)

It makes for an interesting price dynamic in premium sportbikes, this RR 300 pricing. Even though the Apache RR 310 comes with better power of 38 PS from its 312cc motor and higher tech such as ride modes and traction control, the Keeway is a more entry-level approach to the 300cc faired bike category.

The Apache RR 310 is almost Rs 80,000 more expensive than the RR 300 and that makes the Keeway a great value option for riders who want the track-style looks of the Apache RR 310 sans the premium.

The 2025 Keeway RR 300 ‘Ride Rebel’ can be had in a lone version at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). On-road prices differ from city to city with the major metros like Mumbai and Pune quoting around Rs 2.33 lakh, Bangalore at about Rs 2.51 lakh.

Strategically priced, the RR 300 is set to undercut popular rivals including the Yamaha R15 V4 (price range: Rs 1.84-2.12 lakh) and is significantly cheaper than the Apache RR 310, which could lead to disruption at the lower end of the premium sportbike segment in India.
