TVS Motor Company has introduced the new and updated 2025 Apache RTR 310 in India at an introductory starting price of Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The pugnacious streetfighter comes with industry-first features and performance enhancements, and is the first major update since the model was introduced in 2023.
The bike can now be booked in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai across major cities right from today (16 July 2025).

The new model has five segment-first features, and they make it new from every angle.

- Linear cornering drag torque control for increased stability
- Launch control with RT-DSC system programme (BTO Dynamic Pro kit only)
Additional new items comprise of hand guards and a Gen-2 cluster with multi-language UI support.
Engine And Performance
The RTR 310 continues to use the existing 312cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which it shares with its faired sibling, the Apache RR 310. Astonishingly there is no change in power output (35.6 bhp at 9,700 rpm) and torque (28.7 Nm at 6,650 rpm).
The TVS feels a little slower than the KTM though, partially due to the fact that KTM has added a positive stop, so the throttle is in place when you close it, whereas TVS have reworked the throttle response for smoother power output in relation to gear. The bike pocketnett some decent numbers for a 48cc motor with a 0 — 60 kmph time of 2.81 seconds and a top speed of 150 kmph.

- Michelin Road 5 tyres would ship with all 17-inch alloy wheels
- Dual-channel ABS with cornering functionality
- Tubular steel trellis frame on aluminum castings
- 5″ TFT instrument panel with connectivity for smartphones

- Cornering ABS
- Traction control
- Race-tuned dynamic stability control
- Wheelie control
- SuperMoto ABS (switchable rear ABS)

Built-To-Order Customization
The TVS BTO (built to order) programme allows factory level customisation. The Dynamic Kit (Rs 18,000) gets you fully adjustable suspension, brass-coated chain as well a TPMS. The Dynamic Pro Kit (Rs 28,000) gets you the works – keyless ignition, launch control and lean-sensitive electronics.
Market Positioning
Priced at Rs 2.40 lakh, the latest RTR 310 is Rs 17,000 cheaper than the previous version, with no shortage of features. This places it well against its competitors in India like the KTM 390 Duke and other high-performance nakeds.
The roadster promises track-focused dynamics, state-of-the-art electronics and aggressive styling to help reinforce TVS in the premium naked motorcycle space.
