Renault India has introduced the 2025 Triber Facelift at Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom), the first major update for India’s most affordable seven-seater MPV since its launch in 2019. Completely new design, improved safety and four trim levels Available in four trim levels – Authentic, Evolution, Techno and Emotion – the fun and stylish new model features a complete visual and engineering redesign to leap forward in all aspects.
The introductory pricing is a minor jump over the outgoing version ranging between Rs 14,000 to Rs 41,000 by variants. Even with the top-spec Emotion variant which is priced at Rs.8.64 lakh, the Triber continues to be the is India’s most inexpensive 7-seater with its rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga starting at Rs 8.97 lakh.
Variant-Wise Feature Breakdown
Authentic (Rs 6.29 lakh)
It’s the authentic but no-frills model for families or budget-conscious buyers. Projector headlights, body-coloured bumpers, and 14-inch steel wheels with covers come as standard. Interior highlights include an LED digital instrument cluster, air conditioning with manual controls, remote central locking and tilt adjustable steering.
Lower trim provides three single-tone paint options: Ice Cool White, Moonlight Silver and Stealth Black. Removable 3nd row seats and folding 2nd row seats (with slide, fold, recline, and tumble functions) keep seating flexible, and the list of clever storage spots is long.
Evolution (Rs 7.24 lakh): The Evolution model takes it from the base line with the addition of convenience options. This mid-range offering adds more in the way of comfort features and keeps the core MPV qualities that is the experience of the Triber.
Techno (Rs 7.99 lakh): Serving as the tech-oriented model, the Techno trim brings more features in form of contemporary connectivity and convenience items. This version appeals to purchasers who want a blend of affordability and modern automotive technology.
Emotion (Rs 8.64 lakh): The top-of-the-line Emotion version offers the entire Triber and comes with several premium features as well as the exclusive 5-speed AMT. On the inside, the updated version comes with a 7-inch TFT digital instrument display, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well as a height-adjustable driver’s seat.
The following premium features: cooled lower glove box, push button start, 2 tweeters, 12V socket in third row, auto wipers and rear defogger. The AMT transmission is priced at a Rs 52,000 premium over the manual variant cost.

Common Safety Features on All Trim Levels
Renault has underlined safety and included as many as 21 standard safety features in the new Triber facelift. This high level safety pack also comes with 6 airbags, Hill Start Assist, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control System and Front Parking Sensors.
Other safety features include rear parking sensors, tyre pressure monitoring system, EBD with brake assist, ABS, and follow-me-home headlamps. This uniform system is among the reasons all new car buyers—even those at the bottom of the new car market—get top-quality safety protection.
Design and Color Options: The facelift will bring three new paint options including Zanskar Blue, Shadow Grey, and Amber Terracotta. It gets a new, stylish gloss black grill with vertical slats, LED projector headlamps with eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs, and connected LED taillights with a gloss black panel.
The interior gets new beige and black theme with a re-designed dashboard layout with a floating 8-inch touchscreen display. There is no decrease in space in terms of seating and the cabin still offers a 7-seater setup, which includes individual AC vents for the second and third rows.
Powertrain and Performance
The 2025 Triber continues to feature the 1.0-litre, naturally aspirated petrol engine making 72PS and 96Nm. The transmission choices are the same in all options where a 5speed MT is common across all the trims and options while the AMT makes it to the top Emotion variant only.
On the manual variants, a dealer-fitted CNG kit also continues to bring the convenience of options to fuel economy-obsessed buyers.
